"Fantastic hotel in the heart of Como. The room was large & beautiful. Great bathroom & big shower,awesome view of Cathedral across the street & quiet at night thanks to double glazed windows. Staff were friendly & helpful. Short stroll to ferry terminal. Could not fault this hotel."

"My husband and I only stayed for one night while visiting Lake Como in late October. This is low season so some businesses are already closed for the season. The property is about a 20 minute walk from the ferry stop, and it’s all uphill. However, once you get there they do give you a short cut, but it’s still quite a walk and mostly stairs. "Very nice accommodations. I loved the space and will stay here again, the bed was comfortable and it was nice and quiet with working A/C as well on a hot day."

"A beautiful renovation to the highest standard of luxury, Villa Tosati is 5-star all the way. Luca and Barbara are wonderful hosts and the rooms are exemplary in every feature. Convenient to Milan, but far enough to be peaceful. Highly recommended!"

"We absolutely loved this hotel. It’s centrally located just next to the entrance of the old town. There are only 6 bedrooms in the hotel so it feels super friendly. The staff was AMAZING. They were all so pleasant and helpful. They made our stay super comfortable. The breakfast is good and the aperitivo on the terrace was great. Fully recommended!"

"We had a very nice two nights here. The host is wonderful and the apartment had everything we could possibly need. Would’ve been ideal for a longer stay. It’s also just a few minutes’ walk from Milano Centrale and close to trams and the Metro."
