"The reviews are accurate regarding the very very dire need for upgrade in every sense of the word. Pool is entirely out of order with materials in it from some work that may have started years ago. And all paint from ceilings to wall paper, mattresses to all grout and furniture, and carpets need changing. Old machinery in the hallways have got to go straight to the garbage dump! "We stayed here for a 3 day weekend. We visited River Ranch Resort and this was a more affordable stay that was about 30 minutes away. The hotel room was nice, very clean, and comfortable. It was a very quiet and relaxing stay. We did not have any signal but the WiFi worked fine. The no signal made it a little difficult to get around without our phone GPS but you can manage if you pay attention to the roads which is not too complicated.
