"Great property but be warned, no one after hours is there to greet you. After hours in my case was 7 pm. Though the next day, the maid was gone and no one there by 3 pm. Ideally you have communicated before on WhatsApp and have both the door code and the room code recorded. If not, assuming you have cell, you can do it like I did and call from the door and do everything remotely. I had to make a last-minute change to this apartment-hotel due to another suddenly- and without warning - using heavily fragrances cleaners that qould have sent me to the hospital, and Mateo welcomed me in and made me feel completely at home. "This property is all it's said to be. It's a Hostal/Hostel that serves the local population as well as travelers. The beds are comfortable and the common areas are good. This is a nice property and the staff there is very friendly, but some what reserved until you get to know them. The next time I travel to Bogota alone this will be the Hostel of choice for me..
