"The house was great with an awesome view but the is some maintenance needing done. No shower head in one shower, the other shower's handheld shower head hose was broken, tile in the kitchen sink were loose, the access to the rooftop terrace was boarded off, and there is no AC in the main part of the house (ac was good in all 3 bedrooms). If those maintenance issues were addressed then 5 star."

"Everything was just as described on the listing. Kim and Hector were very responsive to text. The location was great for El Yunque as it is close to it. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. We went to Fajardo, Old San Juan, and several different beaches. Nice pool and we had a covered place to park our cars. Very handy to have a washer and a dryer. The night sounds are amazing. You are in the middle of the forest. We felt at home. Thank you!!!"

"Property was good. AC worked great. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. We had parking inside the property which was great for loading and off-loading. Smart TV worked well. The gate offers security but sometimes it takes a couple of minutes to get in. There is a broken sink in the Master Bathroom. Beware and careful not to cut yourself. The place needs an exterminator, there were little roaches 🪳 constantly. The strong smell of sargaso and the Marina may be too much or a detergent...

"We didn't realize until we got there, how close we'd be to the water. It was soooo beautiful! The sunrise between palm trees and the moon light at night reflecting between those same trees was like a beautiful postcard. Most mornings we would get up and walk the beach to watch the sunrise with wet feet. The beach was long, surf was powerful. Very meditative. The pool is huge, 4ft across which was nice for pool games. Kitchen was stocked with everything we might need. TVs were huge and perfect...

"We stayed for a week at the resort but due to availability had to split our accommodations between the Wyndham RIo Mar for the first few days and then switch over to this unit in Margaritaville for the remainder. When we arrived here we wished we had it for the entire week. Both units were great, but this unit came with so many extras. Full refrigerator / freezer (with ice maker), microwave, plates, utensils, and the margarita blender was a surprise! The table and chairs were nice too and...

"This was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. This home is very Rustic, almost entirely outside, but exactly What we were hoping for. Jay and his staff were very helpful and responsive to our needs. The area of the home felt safe, was quiet, and very convenient to get on and off PR3."
