"We had such a great time at Carlos' property in Humacao. Palmas del Mar is a great location with many beaches, pools, shops and restaurants within the community, as well as lots of additional amenities within Humacao proper. The property that we had originally booked had a maintenance issue shortly before our stay, so Carlos moved us to another of his properties, in Mare Sereno, which was absolutely gorgeous. Remodeled beach condo with bright OPEN living room/dining area/kitchen layout!

"We stayed here for 3 days. The pictures are very accurate. Communication with the host was excellent, very responsive and helpful. Location is great, parking is very convenient. Only had intermittent wifi issues and could not figure out how to make the temperature in the shower be just warm. It went from scalding hot to cold so had to switch between one and the other. Everything else was perfect..."

"This propert is right smack in the middle with of everything! stores, dinning,entertainment and of course the beautiful beach. The host Maribel was great I found myself neededing an extra night and she made it happen. I’m very greatful for her rapid and smooth transition through this last minute inconvenience. This is a must if you’re looking to relax and enjoy a clean and nice place to stay. Definitely will stay again!!"

"The location is outstanding, next to anything you may need. Condition of apartment is superb. Excellently kept. Next to large hotels with casinos, great restaurants, etc. Highly recommend. Anything needed for beach or shopping is in the apartment. "

"The unit was fully equipped, beach toys, chairs, sports equipment, great kitchen. Resort is older, some outdoor showers not working, beach needs debris cleaned up. We were close to the beach and pools. No nearby restaurants, you need a car and drive 15-30 minutes Nothing outside the resort to safely walk to Overall a very good Thanksgiving with family and grandchildren "

"We stayed here for two weeks- May 11-25 2024. The property is very nice, as pictured on the photos. The kitchen has everything you need for an extended stay. There are two beach umbrellas and 4 chairs at the property. Air conditioning worked without any issues (some issues were mentioned in previous reviews, we did not have any).
