"My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The property is beautiful with lots of charm and character. The property managers weee very accommodating offering lots of amenities and personal touches that you wouldn’t get at a hotel. The location was perfectly tucked away from the busy streets but also an easy walk or drive to anything you want to see or do. The room was cozy and very clean upon arrival. Highly recommend staying here."

"My husband and I along with our friend stayed for a one night while passing through RI. We found the place to be very clean. The beds were comfortable allowing us a good night's rest before continuing our visit to my sister and drive home. The host was very responsive answering me within a few minutes. "Chris, the manager, was great to work with. The apartment is in a great location, close to downtown Newport and the cliff walk and an easy drive to Middletown. Rooms were clean and it had adequate sleeping for our family of 2 grandmothers, two adults, and one teenager."

"Four of us - all high school friends- celebrate our birthdays together for one week in the fall every year. We’re all 82 now. We chose Providence this year and the Woodbine property from Sunday til Wednesday afternoon. The location was conveniently central to our touring. I was concerned about “available” parking but found spots within the block every evening. The unit was very clean and comfortable and had a basket of unexpected goodies - coffee and health bars. Would highly recommend. "

"Overall, it was very nice. The communication from the host on getting in an hour early and how the tv worked could have been better. I think having more than 2 towels and one face cloth per room was a little light. There was also no shampoo, conditioner bath soap. For $1000/night that could have been provided."

"It was a GREAT location, one of only two hotels on Ocean Drive. the grounds were amazing. The building is falling apart a little, there is deferred maintenance, but the room was clean, the staff was Wonderful. we had a view of the ocean, the hot tub was hot, the coffee and breakfast muffins were great. It is what it is and there is SO much to see in Newport that you shouldnt be spending much time in the room. "
