"Its was amazing so peaceful cozy and the animals just roaming around where fantastic. Love how's the Gaurd sheep greeted you as you came to them B&B Food Wow what a breakfast you don't leave there hungry freshly baked bread delicious and not to forget Hugh what a character he's fantastic. "Hilary and Graham are very welcoming. We were contacted before arrival with directions. They even had a pot of tea ready when we arrived which was very much appreciated. A nice comfy bed and ample en-suite bathroom. The cooked breakfast was really good with homemade fresh bread!!! We will definitely stay again."

"We had a brilliant 1 night stay here on a weekend. The room we stayed in was fantastic,good size and had everything we needed,I wish we had stayed longer! "It was an amazing stay with everything we needed on the houseboat. Great accommodation in a lovely little area on Victoria Quays. It was a little breezy on Friday so the boat moved a little bit after that hardly any movement at all. Really clean boat that provided everything you needed and more. Would 100% recommend. "
