"Everything was so nice even though I went at a time when it was cold (March). Only drawback was that the driveway was very steep and my vehicle was unable to make the sharp turn to enter the property. No problems, though, as the owners explained how to do it. Would recommend this place to others."

"We came to Asheville for our son’s wedding and wanted somewhere close to town whilst also taking some time to relax before the events. Weather fluctuated drastically and this Chalet was warm but with many outside porch areas with forest/mountain views for when the sun came out. Well stocked kitchen and great toiletries in the bathrooms! The ground floor is self contained allowing my daughter to WFH in a quiet environment during our stay. Great communications from the property manager."

"This house is absolutely amazing. We rented it for my bachelorette party and it was perfect. The host was very communicative and had pastries and snacks waiting for us at the house. It was definitely the most stocked rental I had ever been in which was great to not have to bring supplies or run to the store. The move theatre was our favorite room and it was so much fun to watch March Madness on the big screen. I would recommend to anyone traveling to Asheville, and I will definitely be back!"

"This is the trickiest mountain road I’ve ever driven. 180° turns that go up at 90° angles, but the chalet is worth the drive. The only thing it needs is comfortable living room furniture. Dealing with Darlene is a delight. Highly recommend."

"Our family of 6 stayed here for a week from 10/7-10/14. Our GPS took us straight to the property. Glad we didn't come in at night time though, as the twists and turns up the mountain are tricky the first time. The best part of this property is definitely the views! The kitchen is well stocked with dishware/cookware. Bathrooms were well stocked with shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper and plenty of towels. Six adults with 2 bathrooms did require some planning, but overall was not a big problem....

"Six of us stayed in the chalets for two nights. It was a perfect size for our group and we liked the privacy and sleeping options the two units provided. We enjoyed the walk into town - just about a mile to the nearest brewery, though we took Ubers home. Overall a great stay and perfect for our purposes."

"This was one of the best places I’ve stayed. This little house was right on the river with amazing views of the river. Very relaxed vibe, chairs out on the porch and a fire pit facing the river. The bed was comfortable too! Highly recommend. "

"This property is far enough away from downtown that it's quiet at night and gives the sense of being a little more in nature while still being close enough to walk easily to restaurants, shops, galleries, and live music via the pedestrian bridge behind the courthouse. The views are gorgeous, and we loved seeing wild turkeys and the goats on the property and hearing many songbirds in the mornings.The kitchenette is small, but it's perfectly set up for basic meal prep.
