"Hard to review stay as I was suffering from after effects (but clear) of recent Novo contracted in UK as lost 8-9 lbs. So did not due what I expected to do & 1/2 way thru stay started to pick up. Room, staff breakfast very good. Had nice trip to Santa Maria they provide for free. Pool fine but used less than expected as not up to it. Snorkelled in small bay up from reception. Good first 2 days last day churned up so visibility issues. Very nice walks N & S of resort on or near beach which I...

"Staff is impersonal, particularly at reception where they need to be super helpful. My husband come down with flu and asked at reception if they had any medicine and the answer was “ no “ and end of, not an alternative offered or even indicating the nearest pharmacy. Rooms were okay, clean but worn out and the daily room keeping rushed as I would find dirt on the floor from the day before. Food was well cooked and tasty but not much variety offered as the days went by. "

"Colchão muito confortável! A 5 minutos a pé da praia e da rua pedindo. Staff muito simpático e disponível para ajudar"

"Check-in was easy. Villa is in a great location near the beach with fantastic sea views upstairs. Very spacious and modern. In need of a bit of work in places so not 5* like Dubai but this is Africa and if you are not too fussy then you will really enjoy this villa which is great value for money."
