"The highlight to me was the staff - attentive, accommodating, friendly and enthusiastically helpful, despite my lack of fluency in Portuguese. and varying degrees of fluency in English on their part. "The front desk people were rather nasty, I made a mistake on my booking and then didn’t want to help me out. It wasn’t until I got upset that they resolved it! Customer service is sadly lacking here in Moz. "

"This is a really lovely hotel. Felt super safe with nice food and beautiful rooms. Staff are very helpful and lovely. The only thing I would say is that I couldn’t go straight onto the beach from my room which is a short walk to the access point but I could nevertheless see it from my balcony. There are some building works in the area which didn’t affect me. I really appreciated the airport pick up and drop off too. I would come again. "
