"So disappointed: 1. Not enough su beda and people reserving them for HOURS and never actually using them. Change your hotel policy so sun beda cant be reserved. Simple. 2. Food was awful. Edible but just such poor quality. Clesrly clrners have been cut to keep costs down. Such a shame. 3. No smoke alarms in rooms and all the fkre extinquishers we saw were completely rushed anf useless. Not great at all! 4. Music by the pool. Dear GOD no one needs to hear Desposito 3 tomes in a row at a thousand...

"Hotel idéal pour un séjour en famille. Très propre, nourriture délicieuse, kids club, animations, personnel souriant et aux petits soins. Plage juste à côté. Pas de transfert mais taxis à disposition (20€ de/pour l'aéroport et 5€ jusqu'à Santa Maria). On reviendra sans hésitation !"

"Overall, the hotel was decent, though a bit outdated, and there was no elevator. On our first day, we ran out of hot water, which was particularly inconvenient. We informed the reception, and they resolved it fairly quickly. However, one issue I found disappointing was the lack of transparency in their menu. For instance, I do not eat pork, and during dinner at their gourmet restaurant, I ordered the beef menu with a gratin. Unfortunately, the gratin contained pork, which was not mentioned....

Personnel souriant et tres attentionné Petit point negatif concernant le buffet qui est un peu insipide, il y a du poisson grillé tous les jours mais malheureusement toujours trop cuit donc très sec"

"I stayed here for one night before catching a flight to another island. At €100 per night – the most expensive rate I’ve paid on Cape Verde – it was a huge disappointment. As a Gold Member on Expedia, I was promised a bottle of sparkling wine, which was missing. Instead, my room came with a cockroach (photo attached). Maybe it drank the wine for me. The air conditioning didn’t work, the shower drain was clogged, and mosquitoes thrived in the stagnant water. Housekeeping seemed questionable too...

"No words can describe how wonderful our experience was at this hotel after Murdeira Village resort cancelled our booking on arrival, Robinson Resort were so incredibly kind and helpful and treated us like royalty after a stressful experience we had and they went out of their way to accommodate to the situation we were in during the fully booked Christmas period and made our Christmas so memorable. Special thanks to Olessya and all the staff at the hotel for everything they did for us . Cannot...
