"This was a great property - really clean, great location, comfortable beds and clean towels etc. The property was a little "sparse" for my taste - not too homey feeling, but it was so clean and had everything that was needed. i would certainly stay again. The communication with the team House Luchini was fantastic - they were proactive and always answered any communication in a very short time. I was really impressed. "

"The house is spacious, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our family get-together here and we all agreed that we could easily come back again for another stay. The communication from our host before and during our stay was excellent. The location is within a short drive and there is a very convenient Sainsbury supermarket a few minutes away. "The accommodation was comfortable. The bathroom is in need of updating and a deep clean although the shower was excellent. The outside of the property belied the inside - it is in need of care and attention, the bins were overflowing and the brambles had taken over."

"I hesitate to write negative reviews, but need to make sure the next renters understand the house properly. The House is literally attached to, and behind, the Mermaid Takeaway on Green End Road. Looking at google maps, a new unit has been built to replace the small storage shed shown, and the green space in front of the house is now the back patio of that unit (not your unit). "This hotel is perfectly located in the City Center. I had a great experience thanks to the polite and accommodating staff. The rooms were spotless, and I would rate the overall service a perfect 10/10. However, if you enjoy a hearty breakfast, this may not be the right hotel for you. While breakfast is included, it is quite basic. On the plus side, there are free snacks available all day."
