The communication, via email and text messages, before arrival with the property manager was very good and the pre-arrival were instructions very clear (albeit some communication was in German). "The property is located on a side street, which is wonderful. It is quiet and sleeping works well. These are singke rooms but each floor has a shared bathroom, which I didn't realize. "Specifically asked for bottom bunk, got a top one, made of very light gushed steel. As I climbed it, aacim a big man it all tipped over and crashed to floor on top of me I received mild concussion.
