Close to Hammerkirche U-Bahn, the Hotel/Hostel is situated to the east of Hamburg Centre, helpful staff, really good breakfast

Cheap hotel very close to Metro and far away from city center. A good alternative for our stay. 10 min to ST Pauli only.

A&O are advertising with parking spaces and EV charging, but there is basically none. The 8 parking spots and 1 single charger was apparently reserved. I was not informed that i had to reserve them, which makes me think that it's the staff thats parking there. Overall a 4/10 experience. Unhelpful staff aswell.

The staff wasnt very helpful and spoke rudely at times. Asked for a baby crib, had to wait for almost 2 days for it. To ask for anything is a stress because yoj dont know how rudely the staff will answer or maybe not all.

Gave away my parking
Clean room, check in was easy, have not yet checked out but will soon. Main reason for the low score is that I paid for a parking and they gave it away. Instead of moving the car that one of the staff wanted a lesser employee stopped the process. And pointed me to park at the trash cans. I Guess I just wants what was right. To have what I paid for. Instead of staying one more night I will go somewhere else and I will avoid this franchise forever.

Worst Hotel Experience in Years
We traveled with a small baby and chose this hotel because it stated that parking was available. We arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night and wanted to check in quickly. The receptionist then claimed that we had booked two rooms, even though my receipt showed only one room. He then called his own customer service and wanted me to wait in the reception while he was on hold, despite me explaining that it was the middle of the night and we had a small baby. Moreover, it turned out that there was no available parking at all, and we had to find parking ourselves in the city. We finally found a spot, a fifteen-minute walk from the hotel. With a lot of luggage and a few months old baby in our arms, we had to walk through half the city in the middle of the night. Very unprofessional handling of their own mistake and misleading information about the hotel.

War alles soweit ok. Nur die Fischhalterung hing am seidenen Faden. Aber sie waren sehr nett auf das hinweisen darauf. Haben uns gleich einen Zimmerwechsel angeboten weil der Techniker am Wochenende nicht im Haus is.

Für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht geeignet. Das Einzelzimmer ist nichts für "curvy People". Mit Hüfte hat man kaum Platz um auf die Toilette zu gehen. Das Zimmer ist eher eine "möblierte Abstellkammer" ohne Atmosphäre. Die Badtür war sichtlich beschädigt und die Wände ebenfalls. Das Badfenster ließ nich nicht einmal öffnen. Es ist sehr hellhörig - man bekommt wirklich alles mit. Zur Auscheckzeit funktionierte nur ein Aufzug, der somit nie kam, daher musste ich meinen Koffer aus dem 2.Stock runtertragen. Restaurants in der Nähe waren geschlossen (nicht schuld des Hotels). Da ich nur ein Platz zum Schlafen und eine Dusche brauchte war es ausreichend, aber nichts um seinen Aufenthalt zu genießen.

Das Personal ist freundlich. Für den Preis war es vollkommen in Ordnung. Es war sauber und die Betten waren gut. Was ich besser gefunden hätte wäre ein Schrank, eine Duschkopf.-und Handtuchhalterung.

Einfache typische A&O Unterkunft. Sehr kleines Badezimmer und Waschbecken befand sich im Schlafraum und nicht im Badezimmer. Fenster am Morgen komplett feucht von Innen. Ein Aufzug von 2 defekt und die App funktioniert aktuell auch nicht richtig.
