Upon arrival, Maria greeted us and helped us the whole time. Even walked us to a great restaurant . She went above and beyond for two Americans that did not speak Italian. "Hotel was ok, staff were friendly, however having had a 10 hour working day I was booked into here because it had a restaurant, only to discover that it's shut on Sundays. Had it said this on the website we would not have booked it. By the time I booked in I was too tired to drive into the nearest town for food and had to make do with a bag of crisps. They wouldn't even make a sandwich for me. The room was ok but there was a lot of black mould in the shower."
