"Once we found the hotel, it was a very pleasant surprise. The room and staff were stellar. The elevator was a little bit iffy and slow. The terrace was lovely, and housekeeping requests were handled promptly and efficiently. The bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of storage. Our shower was nice, but the positioning of the shower head at the doors would cause flooding into the bathroom. Due to exceptional service and well appointed rooms, we would recommend this hidden gem. "

"Was really a clean place in a very busy town close to the beautiful historical attractions of Naples and the staff were very welcoming, respectful and ready to help with everything we needed. Definitely a good choice if you want to be walking distance from everything in Naples. There is an underground parking lot in a parallel street just next to the place less than 200 meters. A bit pricey for 1 night but very safe considering no place to park in the streets. "

"WIthout wanting to give a bad review as the man is helpful and friendly and a great guy, the fact it is called B&B Miralia with no breakfast is misleading. Be prepared to share a bathroom although we had our own toilet. I forgot to bring our extension cable and tehre was just one plug in our room. However, you are in the heart of Naples so dont expect 4 star. The location is fantastic and having stayed in Naples a few times, this location was by far the best. "

"Napoli city inn is a fun gem right in the middle of Via Toledo and Piazza Municipio. The 3 bed 3 bath inn is immaculately kept and it's a nice retreat from the chaos around the city. The staff is pretty responsive, which is great considering no one is actually on site unless they have to check you in. This is not a problem though. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back."

"Overall this place is great. Where else can you stay inside of a museum?? Room 5 was huge as was the bathroom. Beds were extremely cozy. A/C was comfortable. Mini bar was reasonable.
