"This was one of our best B&B experiences or hotels for that matter ever. Our innkeepers, Dave and Trudi were so kind and attentive. Their place is a gem, and meticulously maintained. Huge attention to detail and consideration of their guests. The happy hour, the made-to-order breakfasts (served by Dave, a former beverage manager at the Palmer House in Chicago!), the grounds (charming) and the magnificent views from the great room and our sleeping room made for a very happy stay. "Old fashioned motel but clean. TV reception was poor. Convenient location. Take your own shampoo and soap. Smallest bars of soap I ever saw and the shampoo is the size of a ketchup packet."

"The toilet was not flushing properly upon arrival, but was resolved by next morning. The room was old, but generally clean except for the fridge, the coffee pot and the microwave. The turn plate in the microwave is the wrong part, so doesnt turn and doesnt heat correctly. I'm guessing other guests had multiple cars as there was inadequate patking. The pet area was filthy. "
