"The apartment is a home from home and has everything you’d need! We were two small families so a house shower room would have been good rather than having to go in to one of the other bedrooms for a shower etc not a massive deal if your one family and there is an extra toilet! Just one issue was the lack of response from the emergancey contact number on the hotels.com confirmation email.....when we could not get in the property, and the key was not in the key safe!.....still waiting for an answer to our call & text.....very poor. We managed to find the key, and text the owners, who replied promptly and were lovely."

"The steps you encounter are not mentioned. And are near vertical. A ladder brings you up to the back garden. The door to the property is the only way in or out and the only daylight. Steps down to the kitchen. 3 foot fall to bathroom and dungeon style chamber. Lightning is extremely limited and everything is painted black. No steps provided to get into bed. Great if you’re in your 20’s and don’t want to sleep. Great if you want a swinging party of 6 guests. Not great if you’re in your 50’s...

"First class renovation all you need supplied Clean ,Modern , Just great you could move in no problem Couple of points to know there are steps up to the property which could be slippy so be aware and there’s a fiddly process for the water for the shower we did the first three days not realising you had to change a setting on the boiler for hot water !!! "Immaculate and stylish property - actually looks better than the online photos. Everything has been carefully curated and thoughtfully presented. The wine, milk, scones, cream and jam were a delightful welcome. The balcony and living room window offer a superb view over the river and town and it is only a short walk down to the town centre. Quite steep so not for the fainthearted on the way up! It's a pretty town with great shops and the ferries were ideal so that we scarcely used the car once...
