"Lou's Loft was situated perfectly for our trip to the area. We were very comfortable during our stay, and lacked for nothing. There is road noise, but the hosts provided a white noise machine in the front room to help with that. If you're looking for a place that is close enough to everything, without being in the middle of it all, Lou's Loft is a fantastic option. We would stay here again without hesitation!"

The contactless check in went very smoothly due to the excellent communication with the owners. "This apartment was great for a weeklong stay with a friend. Be aware that there is no elevator, so you will be carrying suitcases up a flight of stairs. Access instructions were clear, and it was very clean with comfortable beds. WIFI access and Smart TVs in the living area and both bedrooms provided entertainment and news. It is in the city, blocks from I-26, and you can get anywhere you need to go very easily. There are some really good restaurants literally steps from the building, and...

"We loved the Zen simplicity of this rental. Communication was great, especially about their expectations since I was bringing my dog with me. They were very accommodating and pet friendly. I would recommend bringing your own sheets to cover furniture and bedding if you have a furry dog. It will help with cleanup and prevent extra, unexpected charges. The location was fantastic. Central to everything we wanted to do in the Tri-Cities area. Walkable to downtown Johnson City and Founders Park....
