Louise was a fantastic host; great communication, met us on arrival for tour of the house (also very kindly left us nice bottle of wine, crisps and a large carrot cake from the local bakery on the dining table, as well as fresh milk and eggs in the fridge!). "This place is outstanding. It’s a lovely location in a quiet village a few minutes walk away to the shop and pub and within minutes your in the countryside exploring the WWII history on offer. It’s very quiet and safe and free parking right outside the door. The cottage is very nice and is a mixture of modern bits mixed with old but has a very well stocked kitchen, a large comfy living area, a down stairs bathroom and toilet and two upstairs bedrooms. I will definitely be back."

"Perfect accommodation for a short break. Upstairs is decorated to a good standard in modern style. Everything you need. Kitchen/lounge/diner area. Very cosy and relaxing. Quite big bedroom with double bed and comfortable mattress. Downstairs at bottom of stairs is the toilet and a wet room with shower and under floor heating. Lovely and warm and nice decor. We used the accommodation for a two night stay so we could visit family nearby. Absolutely ideal. Just friendly and helpful. Thank you. "
