"Our room was simple but cozy and spatious with a nice view of the river. The breakfast was simple but we had really good service, especially from the lady who spoke to us both in English and Welsh."

"Staff were fantastic. Hotel building and location were amazing. Great views across to the straights and mountains. Breakfast was really good, dinner was ok. Main issue was that we were not in the main building but a separate one (lodge). Walls there are paper thin unfortunately and could hear everything in room next door. Boiler from room nextdoor was also super loud. Not great for 200 a night! I'm sure the rooms in the main building are much better so would be good to come back and stay in them...

"Each time i come to Trearddur i always stay here i wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else walking distance from the beach and the shops. Really handy for everything all the rooms are big and spacious with a bath and shower in all of them, they also have sky sports there so if your a sporting fan like myself they always feature the main event. "I stayed in the single room which was the same size as a double room. It was comfortable, cosy , clean , nicely decorated and well furnished.There's parking out front but that was taken but I easily parked outside.breakfast was cooked to order and very tasty. Small gripes,the room was warm but bathroom wasn't and the TV wasn't HD."

"The property was not only located in the most convenient location imaginable (I was working in the castle, which is literally just across the road!), but the hotel is very nice in itself. The room I was in was small, but not in a bad way. I had space for everything I needed, the phone signal and WiFi were strong, the bed was comfortable, there were even complimentary biscuits! "We went for new year but the weather was bad so we stayed local. Nice lounge downstairs but we had Lovely comfortable room so we went to bed early. Sue was wonderful so friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was really good with great choices and wonderfully cooked. There is free parking not too far away if you look for it. We certainty will return in better weather."
