The road leading to the hotel is very dark at night so may not be wise to walk in from the main road at night 2. The bathroom is designed to let in natural air so there is a suspension mechanism in the door that prevents you from leaving the door open. "Very clean hotel. From Suvanabhumi Airport, we rode Airport Rail Line (Red) for 5 stops to Patchaburi Station. Then changed to MRT (Blue line subway) for 9 stop-ride and got off at Kamphaeng Phet Station and walked to the hotel. Our room rate did not include breakfast and we paid 220 THB per pax for buffet breakfast. Very nice breakfast too. The receptionists can also call Grab Taxi for your transports."

"The hotel is an excellent location, easy to get to the shopping centre and places to eat. The porters are particularly helpful, the reception staff are friendly but it was a bit frustrating as we booked two rooms and we specifically called to ask for the rooms next to each other, but upon checking in they said it wasn't possible. So we had to complain and they managed to get two rooms together. The buffet breakfast is excellent with a wide array of choices. "

"The exterior and interior of the building are beautiful. There's no lift, have to walk up and down 4th storey high to my room. The bed and pillows are not so comfortable to sleep on. Location is far away from town, not near to the train. Not much of eateries around the place, but they have a indoor mini cafe that operates during day time. There's a 7-eleven convenience store nearby. The host is friendly and helpful."
