"The new Dusit Thani is a top-notch facility. They have a few glitches in opening and will continue to improve as the facility fully opens. All of the products they use, from the ingredients in the foods, to the food preparation and room amenities are the finest available. The staff is friendly, not just to the upscale clientele, but all guests. Sometimes I am well dressed, but other times I may looks disheveled when I am jet-lagged. They were kind and helpful no matter what my appearance may have been. Once they are fully opened guests will be able to walk-in at the garage level and have a smooth even walkway to the adjacent streets. Right now the walk way approach is going up an inclining driveway designed for cars to the second level main lobby. The sidewalks on the nearby streets are narrow and uneven largely due to the on-going construction. This will all be corrected when the construction is completed. The original Dusit Thani was one of the very best hotels in Bangkok. The new Dusit is well on the way to becoming even better."
