"Great location, close to all amenities. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Many other interesting places only a small drive away. Hotel itself is nearly 400 years old, the whole building has plenty of interesting features. Room was large, clean and very comfortable overlookingthe lovely gardens. Tea, coffe and biscuits were provided."

"Booked at short notice as we needed somewhere to stay in Banbury whilst we helped our daughter move. Sian was very helpful as we were unsure when we would be able to check in and offered us extra arrangements if we arrived later in the day. A warm welcome, a lovely room and breakfast was superb. Sian also gave us some pieces of her lovely flapjack to take with us when we returned to Leamington Spa to continue unpacking for the house etc. We are spoilt by living in a quiet cul-de-sac and I forgot my earplugs (and it was a warm night so we needed a window open) so I would just say there is some traffic noise through the night so do consider taking earplugs if you are a very light sleeper but we would not hesitate to stay again. "

"Its the 3rd time we have stayed at this hotel. We like because it is close to family and there are also others attractions close by. Deddington is a nice little village. We have always found the property clean and staff are great. We noticed this time the room needs updating and freshening up. They serve a very good breakfast and for dinner there is a good choice. Restuarant is very comfortable. "

Exactly as described and run by genuinely welcoming, polite, hospitable people. The cottage was beautiful, well finished and a pleasure to stay. Will be booking again wothout a doubt.
