Great getaway
Great place to stay too relax and unwind with the family. Easy to get to off the motorway. Great facilities, lovely surroundings. The private pool is great! Definitely would recommend it

Well what an amazing stay!! Everything was absolutely perfect. I can’t fault any of it. Already looking to book to come back again soon! Peter wasn’t there however was always very responsive to messages, an absolute great host with a beautiful house! Thank you again for a perfect stay.

Second time of staying here. Everything you could need is provided. Snooker room, tennis courts and swimming pool, there's no need to leave the house. Lovely break.

Would highly recommend this stay to anybody! The property is absolutely brilliant. Communication was great and the whole process of check in was so easy. The swimming pool and snooker table was incredible. We will definitely be returning!!

Perfect get away
Lovely place for peaceful get away, kids could run around garden playing tennis, badminton (equipment all there) and then pool time. We had great fun splashing around in our own private swimming pool. Kitchen well equipped and smart tv so everyone entertained after swimming. Host was great, nice welcome then left us to it, we had a great time.

A week in July
Lovely property, as described. The pool was used daily, the piano enjoyed, and it was a peaceful and pleasant spot to stay. Well placed to visit all manner of pretty, small towns, or even to go into Oxford, Birmingham or a day trip to London. Thanks!

A week of fun
Friendly and welcoming stay in a place which met all our expectations. Tennis, badminton and of course swimming. Exclusively ours from 8am til 20pm. Us and the three boys had so much fun! Shops and a great park in Banbury with a Coop 5 minutes away. Thank you Peter.

Lovely place and indeed it is a house in the country, if not what you might initially have in mind. We booked it because of its proximity to the Silverstone Circuit which is about 20 minutes away. There's plenty of parking and the owner is a bit of a petrolhead as well. Communication and assistance are exceptional and it was overall a really good experience. Will use again.

An ok stay.
Great facilities, but we had a poor experience with cleanliness of the property due to the owners cleaner not doing his job properly, there was months of dirt/dust and debris under the beds and window sills around the pool etc. However the owner addressed our concerns immediately and rectified this. The pool area is yet to be addressed. The owners are lovely people.

Absolutely brilliant
We had an amazing weekend!!! Pool was fantastic and exclusive. Views were lovely. The snooker table was fab as was the Chinese that was delivered from the local takeaway! Kids and family made some wonderful memories and we will be definitely returning.!!! A tv in one of the bedrooms would be great as our children hogged the one in the lounge as this was being used as a third bedroom. Beds were comfortable, amenities were fab including towels, body wash and drink making facilities (tea and coffee). Thank you for having us! Five stars x

Fantastic Family holiday
We have just returned from a lovely holiday at Peter and Yanti's accomodation. Peter was so welcoming to me and my family. The house is very comfortable, you have everything you need to hand. The swimming pool is lovely and warm, we had 2.5 year old twins with us who were able to stay in as long as they wanted without feeling cold at all which was so nice. Location was great, 10 min drive to the local Tesco, slightly less than that to the Retail Park with Primark, New Look, River Island etc. Local takeaway's were wonderful and found the house with no problem, all in all an amazing stay, we will be returning! Thank you Peter and Yanti. Look forward to seeing you again in the future.

Lovely apartment
This property in Chacombe is lovely. The apartment is very comfortable with good quality furnishings and appliances. The photos on the listing don't do it justice as they make it look rather ordinary, but it isn't! It's spacious with lots of storage, and a great games room containing a full size billiard table (adults only) and it's just a short walk across the garden to the pool (exclusive use). The pool is the same depth throughout (about 1.3m, so possibly not suitable for small children who lack confidence in the water) and is warmer than a standard public pool. There are towels and a shower at the pool too which are very handy. Although Peter was away, he was still very quick to respond to queries, and eager to make sure everything was right for us. Peace and quiet
This was a last minute trip to visit my grandson and this was the only property that I was able to find close to my son’s home in San Tan Valley. The property was in a lovely neighborhood and the garden and coy pond were very relaxing and peaceful. I was unable to open the gate the first night but was able to talk to Liz and she unlocked the gate. The space was smaller than what I thought as I’ve never stayed in a casita before. There was a pull down Murphy bed with a couple of chairs. No couch. The kitchenette was very small as well as the bathroom and shower. I usually buy food for breakfast and like to have a refrigerator. Unfortunately on the last two days my milk, fruit and cheese completely froze in the refrigerator and I was unable to make breakfast on the last day and had to trow it out. It was a good stay.

Brilliant property in a lovely location
The purpose of our stay was for my elderly parents to have a small break and I chose this property as being suitable for their needs. Our expectations were definitely fulfilled. It is beautiful property in a pretty setting. Highlights for us was that being all on one level was easy for my elderly parents. Access to the pool was easy, the pool was lovely and warm and nice to have to ourselves. The full size snooker table was an added bonus and the snooker player amongst us made full use of it! The outdoor seating was very comfortable, just a pity the weather was quite warm enough to take full advantage. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook but we found a couple of pubs locally with good food and atmosphere and people were very friendly. An excellent base for exploring the area or for just some R & R and we would definitely return again.

Lovely break away
We had lovely stay and the accommodation and the facilities were beyond our expectations. Peter wasn’t there to great us but check in was straightforward and he popped in to say hello later that day. Nothing too much trouble. Accomodation spacious and we generally felt like we were on top of each other. Made good use of the swimming pool, snooker table, tennis court and badminton game. Definitely keeping it on our list.
