"Check in was a disaster. They didn't communicate through email any check in instructions, they use an App that I don't have or use. Once we cleared that up it took almost an hour from the time I got the the property to figure out their demands to get an expensive deposit made until I could get a code to get into the place. The management company the owner uses for check in is a disaster. Poor customer service, didn't respond to most emails. The place itself is small and basic which is fine....

"We’ve just had a great 4 night stay at this very comfortable and modern converted barn. The view from the balcony through the double bi-fold doors is extremely relaxing with donkeys, cows, horse and pheasants in the adjoining fields and paddocks. Although rural, Whitchurch and Wem are just a short drive for amenities. Parking is behind a private gated entrance. Highly recommended - in fact we’ve already booked a return visit."

"We had a great time in Onecote/ Brambles Farm. The online photos don't do it justice - it is a really beautifully renovated house, very homely and plenty of space for 3 adults & 3 kids. Two bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs (with bathroom next door) so felt very spacious. Immaculate and clean. Hot tub was a huge bonus - we were in every evening, rain or shine. The kids absolutely loved it (age 3, 6, 10). Accommodation stocked with tea, coffee, sugar, etc. Our feedback points are the same...

"The house is good but it was not very clean. The entrance looked like it hadn’t been swept in 6 months. The trashcan outside was full. One of the sheets was stained. One of the showers was clogged. They only left us 1 trash bag for the whole week. The house is good it’s just a shame they don’t clean it properly. I did send pictures of the house and did expect them to send some one toast least clean the entrance. But they never did. "
