"Staff were friendly and helpful, there was luggage storage available. The hotel is in a really convenient central location a short walk from City hall. The bathroom was a little tired in places but overall the room was clean and comfortable."

They looked after us more than they probably should have. We had such a positive experience here. The rooms were basic but perfect for what we needed. Breakfast was a bit steep but it was convenient. "I stayed here for two nights as a solo female traveler and had a simply lovely experience! Off the bat, the location is right next to Grand Central Station, which made utilizing public transportation a breeze. The location is also a stone's throw from Belfast city center, which made everything super convenient and walkable. This property lived up to my expectations as an IHG property (which was a big reason I booked it to begin with) and the staff was so friendly - they had great recommendations for local restaurants! The room was spacious and clean, and included all the amenities listed. Highly recommend, I would certainly visit again on my next trip to Belfast."
