The booklet emphasised the wooden floors (several times) as also he did (several times) which was a tad OTT (or maybe just tor us standoffish Brits). When we arrived, there was a gorgeous welcome basket and very nice note. The space was perfect for the nine of us, so comfortable in every way. Having three full baths was especially nice.
