"I loved the property, and layout of the house was surprisingly modern and functional, just missing a laundry room and internet connection to make it perfect, hence the 4 stars. In saying that, I wouldn’t have minded having no internet, but, also had no phone service which it’s not ideal if we had to deal with an emergency. Every thing else was great!"

"Property was fantastic highly recommend to stay there. The property owners were great people, made you feel right at home. "

"The house was perfect, across the road from two of our weekend destinations, and just a very short drive to the commercial centre and restaurants, cafes etc. Very comfortable accommodations, well set up and everything we needed was on site. Also close to the bus stop at Sovereign Hill and the Rare Trades Centre if you are a non-driver. Will stay there again "

"Loved this little house. Only thing I did try to find free to air tv but couldn’t and no tea towels. Thankyou for the lovely bottle of red. "

"Was so great to have so much space, even played cricket out of the rain in the loooong carport! Kids loved it. Even invited the inlaws over for dinner, and long lost friends over for after noon tea! So much space! So warm! Great hot water, great electric blankets and heating. We lapped the lake, saw the botanic gardens, chased swans, played at timezone, ate ice-cream, had great vietnamese, did a few pubs, toured Sovereign Hill, tried a few opp shops, had our nails done, did the art gallery - we...

"Enjoyed a few days at the villa with my daughter.Very comfortable we had everything we needed breakfast supplies warm beds and lovely furnishings Hot shower and l enjoyed the spa one night "

Light-filled open plan living room and kitchen

"A spacious and well appointed home.Plenty of linen, comfortable beds with lovely bedding. Rooms were bright and bedrooms has plenty of hanging space. Kitchen was spacious with lots of cutlery, crockery and ample cooking equipment. A small deck for coffee and relaxation and a little table and chairs in front porch is there to catch the afternoon sun. "

"Really good stay Entrance to the venue was a little off road driving which was never specified on booking. Very poor internet which could make it difficult for families which love there devices. Otherwise very happy with everything else 👍"
