"The house size and location cannot be beat. Close to the water and shops on adorable Balboa Island. The room configuration and bathroom for each bedroom make it an ideal stay for friends or family. The living room has ample seating and a great big cozy gas fireplace for Fall and Winter stays. Private courtyard with dining table is great and open porch in front to hangout too.
