"Beautiful, calm place with a nice swimmimg pool. Due to the thick walls it stays cool inside over the day.The owner was very friendly. You can walk to Balazuc in 15-20 min and to the river in 10 min. Lots of outdoor activities nearby and direct access to the bike path (former railway). To buy food and bread you need the car or at least a bike. We enjoyed a great week here."

"Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine en famille. Seul bémol: la canicule! La maison n'est pas vraiment équipée pour se protéger contre la chaleur. La belle terrasse couverte n'a pas de volets ni de protection contre le soleil, résultat: elle fait serre et réchauffe tout l'étage. Maison bien équipée et nos 3 ménages avaient leur espace privé. Très agréable piscine! Petit conseil, peu ou pas d'ombre autour de la piscine, un grand parasol nous aurait bien aidé par cette chaleur. Merci!"

"We enjoyed a peacefull holiday. The appartement was perfect for our family. The description on the website fits well. Everything indoors and outdoors was clean and in good condition. The kids enjoyed the pool a lot. The Ardeche region has a lot to offer. Veronique, the landlord, was very friendly and helpful and gave suggestions for trips in French and English."
