"We were in Hixson for a family get together. The home is spacious. Bathrooms have been updated and are quite nice. We spent the majority of our time in the sunroom and enjoyed having the trees in the background. There was a slight view of the lake. We even saw deer on occasion. The location provides easy access to surrounding areas. The home is near a major road in Hixson, so there is some road noise. However, we would definitely stay there again "

"I stayed at the property overnight with my family to watch my nephews last UTC game. Upon arrival, the cleaning period were still there. I was told that they weren't notified that a booking was made for that day. Check in is at 4pm, we arrived at 6pm. I had my 63 year old mother with me who suffered major strokes so I told them that I needed to enter the home to allow her to rest. They finished cleaning within 30 mjnutes and left. It was spacious enough that the 12 of us (4 children and 9 adults) were not on top of each other, yet cozy enough that we were able enjoy our early Christmas celebration. Our hosts did a great job of checking in and assuring us that they'd be available if needed. Honesty, everything was so well set up upon arrival that we wanted for nothing! It was clean and accessing entry was a breeze. I'd definitely stay here again."

The downstairs game area was perfect for us to play board games! The host was very kind and responsive. It was just a short trip to Chattanooga to visit the aquarium and other fun things. "We’ve stayed in this cabin 4 times. It is the perfect size for 2 people (and possibly 1 child if able to climb a ladder and sleep in a loft). This is a small, rustic cabin with a spiral staircase. Gorgeous view from the balcony/deck or hot tub. Very peaceful and quiet on top of Suck Creek Mountain. Great place to unwind and just enjoy nature. One tip- the queen mattress is very, very firm. We don’t venture out much, but its about 8 miles to “River Drifters” which is a good place to eat....
