"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo. As other reviewers mention, best to rent a car if you plan on exploring La Paz itself, though the small marina surrounding the hotel is very nice with a few dining options. A taxi to the Malecon is about 10-15 min ride for 200 pesos each way. Beach access was wonderful, older reviews stated there was a fee to enter the beach club, but confirming there is no fee. Miami Vice cocktail was a pool & hot tub favorite for tons of folks! Bartenders were lovely and put on American Football whenever there was a big NFL playoff / college bowl game. If you book a stay with breakfast included at Barco, note you have to order the "American" breakfast on the menu which includes coffee, juice, pastry, and a breakfast item. If you don't specifically order the American breakfast, and even if you order less a-la-carte, you will be charged. Every meal at Barco was absolutely delicious. The gym now has a full set of free weights, 2 treadmills (1 not working), a stationary bike, and mats. Max 2-3 people at a time due to its small size. Agree that staff is one of the best parts - so friendly and helpful. Thank you Hotel Indigo for a lovely trip."

"From weeks in advance to the day before our stay, the property manager was amazing. She answered all of our questions way in advance, text us from her personal cell throughout our drive from Cabo and was at the property to meet us when we arrived. She went over all of the luxuries of this property along with all of amenities we had access to as part of this wonderful property. This property is perfect for a stay in La Paz. It has access to Hotel Indigo, a golf cart with private path to the hotel, which includes restaurants, marina, private beach club, gym, coffee shop, etc. There are amazing restaurants within the hotel, on the top of the private golf club with amazing views. We had gym access, heated swimming pool access at the hotel and at our gated property as well. All of the staff was friendly and beyond wonderful. Our villa was perfect for our family with a room for both our 19 year old son and our 7 year old daughter, with a master bedroom, walk in closet, master bath and great water pressure, bottled water service and full kitchen. La Paz is a gem and this location is central to all that it has to offer. El Malecon is just a 10-15 minute drive away with plenty of surrounding parking or lyfts available. The surrounding beaches are only 15 minutes away. Highly recommend the property and we will hopefully be back next December. Thank you Marcela for an amazing stay!"

"The location is beautiful with an infinity pool overlooking the beach. The beach club is private and amazing service. The condo overlooks the marina which is lovely, and there are several restaurants within walking distance. The sushi place close by is amazing! And there’s a little market with everything you need. The condo is large, modern and well decorated. Parking is free and easy. Only drawback is that it’s in a quiet area, if you want more excitement then La Paz is 15 min drive away. You will need a car to get here, and it’s challenging to get a cab. "

"Our unit was perfect for 2 couples, the view was amazing. Spent a lot of time on balcony. The resort was great with several dining options. We appreciated the small market, bought groceries for snacks and breakfast. We did couples massage in the spa and it was fabulous!! Hung out daily at beach club!! We loved our stay and we will be back!!! Get a golf cart for the property, do fun!"
