"All of the staff was kind and accommodating, even before I arrived. I needed to call the hotel with a question and Lucas assisted me very pleasantly. The young woman who checked my husband and I in was also very nice and friendly unfortunately I don’t remember her name. The room was cozy and served the purpose we needed which was somewhere clean to sleep in between events. We came for a Van Zee concert which was close by. Our room was perfect, loved the little kitchen and the breakfast including warm bread and pastries delivered to room in the morning. It was in the heart of Lisbon.
