"An amazing stay for our large family group who stayed in 2 rooms. Hotel staff was really friendly, proactive in their communication ahead of our stay, accommodated extra guests even though Expedia booking experience didn’t allow us to do that, great location in Lisboa close to unbelievable dining, shopping options, and holiday decorations. A few caveats to note are that the hotel doesn’t have a fitness room or a pool. The breakfast is paid and we found it a bit expensive."
