"We were looking for a place close to CWRU for dropping off our son at college. This fit the bill. House was very nicely renovated and very clean. Very good communication with the management company. The home had everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay!"

Ken is a fantastic host, quickly ready to address any issue you may have. Continuing communication after arrival to ensure you have what you need. "We were in Cleveland for a family member’s procedure at the Cleveland Clinic this was very conveniently located to the hospital and affordable it worked out wonderful for what we needed would definitely book again. The communication was wonderful. I also love the fact that they are giving a new life to an older home and an older neighborhood seeing the value in the neighborhood. Great Visit. "

"From the moment we arrived, this property and the owner exceeded all expectations. There was ample room - amenities were outstanding - and the cleanliness was impeccable. We stayed two nights and were entirely satisfied with the entire experience. "

"Communication for this stay was great from booking through checkout. The day of check in went smooth and the host followed up on the day of checkout to make sure we had enough time to check out. We did have an issue with the heating on the third floor the first night but once we advised the host he explained how to adjust the vents so it wasn't too warm up there. House was clean and there was plenty of room for everyone throughout the house. "

"We only needed extra bedrooms and beds and did most of our activities with family in Chardon. This place was perfect! While the bed situation was a little different (a twin room and a twin bed on the upstairs landing), it is exactly what we expected based on the posted pictures. The house was clean, uncluttered, very comfortable bedsheets and towels, and coffee machines. Also, a nice sized living room and parking. Just what we needed! AND some good books and movies for those who had some extra...

"House was as advertised. Fully stocked kitchen had everything we needed plus extras. Enough space for my family, tvs in every room was a plus. Communication was good. The only thing thatbit was missing was a broom and dust pan, we wanted to clean up after ourselves during the stay but other than that our stay was awesome. "
