"I liked the hotel it’s amazing the view is gorgeous the uncomfortable part was is living on a 10th floor and going down using 2 different elevators.You go down from 10th floor down to 7 th, then to get to other elevator that will take you to lobby you have to walk a lot….you spend time to get downstairs at least 15-20 min…"

"An excellent stay A couple of minor improvements that could be considered There was a lack of breakfast / black tea with none available at breakfast but the hotel did provide tea pods for the machine in the room Bus transfers were excellent generally however could they be improved with an online tracking / booking service ( at one point the driver thought we were in a different location to the one we had booked a return from and therefore we had to wait a further 10 mins ( 40 mins total ) for a pick up. These are by no means deal breakers and we would return to the hotel in a heart beat "

"Had a wonderful 3 night stay w 2 adults and 2 teenagers. This is a fantastic value for proximity to the slopes and lifts in Keystone. Easy 7 min walk. Beautiful view from large windows in our room. Ask for a 5th or 6th floor room for close proximity to hot tubs. Rooms are on the small side and then add in ski gear. Nice couch area by the floor to ceiling windows w mountain view. Lovely beeakfast each day w varied and healthy options. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate always available in tge lobby. Fresh baked cookies served at 4pm. Nice surprise was a free water station in the lobby w flavor, electrolytes, and vitamin add ins. Walking distance to restaurants. Free shuttle or short drive to main Keystone Village. We will be back."

"Beautiful around property. It was snow day. Staff are very friendly. SPA was amazing. Cute and nice room. Clean. Super soft and white towels. We enjoyed there."
