When we did this, we were unable to identify the parking lot or the turn to find it. When we parked in an open area to re-enter the destination and make a second attempt, we were advised by the police to "move on." (Do not blame them for doing their job.) Given the complexity (to us) of the highway layout, we concluded that it was easier to drop the rental car and walk to the hotel with the luggage, another convoluted process although airport personnel were numerous and helpful."
