"This location was exactly what our family needed. The house was beautiful. It had a breathtaking ocean view and the natural wonders of the jungle. We saw toucans, Izzy the resident Iguana and a small tapir. We could hear howler monkeys all around in the mornings. Mark was on the spot communicating with us to make our arrival seamless. "This hotel should not be a hotel. People should not be spending money to stay in this horrible place because you will not be able to sleep. The noise level is horrendous. People walking on the room upstairs all night, and I mean all night. The reception area closed at 7:00 and n one to complain about the noise. The room smells dirty. The bathroom smells like urine. The towels are dirty. The AC makes a horrible noise. There was a DJ who played music until 12:00 am, and no one to complain. "

"Our villa was located at the front of the property and there is 24/7 noisy heaven truck traffic on the road not twenty yards away. Also the signs on the main road are tiny and easy to miss. Jose, the manager, was wonderfully accomodating and made up for any other deficits with his helpfulness."
