Lafaayette Luxury Suites Baguio

3.0 star property
9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (69)
"I recently stayed at Lafaayette Luxury Suites Baguio with my family during Christmas week, and it was a charming experience overall. The location is excellent, being conveniently close to the Victory Liner bus station and SM Baguio, making it easy to explore the area. The hotel itself is beautiful and has a charming ambiance that adds to the holiday atmosphere. However, it’s worth noting that the rooms do not have air conditioning. Thankfully, this wasn’t an issue for us during our stay, as the...

Azalea Hotels & Residences Baguio

3.5 star property
8.2 out of 10, Very Good, (284)
"I would've given 5 star but in the morning of our last day, I slipped in the shower hitting my head on the wall with me ending up with a bump on my head. The shower had slippery floor and when my told the front desk of what happened, they said there should've been a rubber mat but there was none. Going home with a bump on my head but otherwise, the hotel was nice. Just be careful with in the shower and ask for a rubber mat. 😄"

"Our first time to stay in this hotel and our expectations were not met. Hotel was quiet despite the season, safe and tranquil. Customer service was average. Checking in was slow but efficient, checking out was a hassle (took 30 minutes to do so at 5:30am). Imagine entering your hotel room with a random person’s phone charging by the bathroom (finding out later that it’s the room cleaner’s, no apologies given). They even forgot to provide us free drinking water which they tried to charge us upon...
