"I did know that somebody is with us inside the house, like a caretaker. The caretaker was really nice she did not bother us. We were not provided with shampoos and soap. We were not provided with basic stuff in the kitchen like oil, coffee, salt, etc. overall, I like the house kinda superclean."

"Well I booked on line, received confirmation of booking. Extremely difficult to find. When arrived and spoke with host. He claimed they have no records of my booking, and it was already booked for the weekend. The host claimed that he doesn’t use the VRBO application to rent his house. You charged my credit card $361 for the house and I request that you refund the full amount because we were not able to stay there and we had to find and pay for another accommodation. Thank you Unsatisfied...

"This is a big insult to us.the pictures they posted on the website were totally different!it’s a transient hostel and not a hotel! They brought us to a different hostel and says the suite room i booked was not available! I booked the best room they have at the website because it says 3 star hotel."
