"The room was comfortable and convenient to the train. Unfortunately for us it had been heavily cleaned with bleach which made the smell really awful in the bathroom and also in the bedroom. Many people are very sensitive to cleaning products and learning to use natural products would be good. We spent the first four hours mopping the floors trying to remove the smell. "This hotel was very clean, modern, comfortable and by appearances seemed to be brand new. The staff was friendly, extremely kind and accommodating. While travelling through Italy I had a very small handful of negative experiences with car rental and hotels that were advertised different than what they offered. This hotel was a cut above all of the rest and left a wonderful impression. "
