"The room was clean and spacious with a balcony and a beautiful view of the Alps. On the ground floor, there is a small pizzeria with a very good pizza. There is no reception there so make sure you do your check-in beforehand in order to get a password for the key locker. We did not receive any links from hotels.com but the owner replied quickly on WhatsApp and sent us the code while we were standing in front of the entrance. "The room was comfortable and convenient to the train. Unfortunately for us it had been heavily cleaned with bleach which made the smell really awful in the bathroom and also in the bedroom. Many people are very sensitive to cleaning products and learning to use natural products would be good. We spent the first four hours mopping the floors trying to remove the smell. "Check-in experience was terrible because I had to wait outside with my bags for half an hour even though I kept the manager of the place updated about my changing ETA. And by the way he assumes that you can make a local call so he knows what time to arrive to his part-time job of managing the place and checking guests in. He is a decent guy otherwise, but the place also has a bit dirty floors and could use more punctual management. Also the beds are really squeaky so good sleep not guaranteed....

"This place looks way better live than on the photos, it definitely exceeded my expectations. It is handy as it is located only 10min walk from the airport. However, keep in mind that the entrance is right on the busy road so if there was no airport nearby, the location itself wouldn't be the best. Rooms are lovely and spacious. Everything is very clean and practical and you get some snacks and tea. There is a kitchen that can be used and each room has its own external bathroom. Self check-in....

"Dont be scared off by exterior which looks a little shabby. Staff are wonderful, shuttle to airport is on demand and the rooms are nicely renovated and very comfortable "

"This hotel was very clean, modern, comfortable and by appearances seemed to be brand new. The staff was friendly, extremely kind and accommodating. While travelling through Italy I had a very small handful of negative experiences with car rental and hotels that were advertised different than what they offered. This hotel was a cut above all of the rest and left a wonderful impression. "
