"This is the most horrible property we have ever experienced. This place should be closed down and inspected by authorities. There was no one on the property to check us in, we never received any codes for our rooms, no communication was forwarded to us prior to check in, got locked in once we entered the gate as we did not have a code to get out. "Hotel staff reached out a few days before my check-in for my anticipated arrival time. The check-in was busy (two other groups arriving within 5 minutes), but they had adequate staff to provide us all prompt service which had been an issue with some prior hotel/car bookings. I’m conversational w/Italian but the host also spoke excellent English.
