"I had the huge top floor roof space. It was such a pleasant environment with so much room and a beautiful shower room. The velux roof windows showed off the surroundings to their utmost. The hosts were delightful and the fresh homemade jam at breakfast took me back to my childhood. Comfortable, calm, friendly with off-street parking and a real family feel. I’d love to go back. "I stayed in this comfortable little flat in the middle of February, and the online description was still true: it was a lovely, little oasis in a green courtyard. I bet it's even more incredible further into the non-winter seasons. It would be hard to improve on the location: within easy walk of three metro stations and of 'Le Marais'. The neighborhood feels safe and lively, and there are beautiful restaurants nearby. Catherine and Serge were lovely and helpful."

In fact, the continental breakfast is far better than any of the 5-star hotels I have stayed in all over Europe. The room is as good as any 4-star hotels. There was an error with breakfast one morning that didn't happen but more importantly the call to find out about it was unanswered until some hours later. That isn't great for unmanned premises when there may have been a more difficult issue. I would however recommend and would happily stay there again. "

"Easy to walk to the Eiffel. Monoprix 5 mins walk away also a shopping mall. Restaurants and cafes all around as well. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment 2 adults and 2 boys aged 10 and 11. Bus stop right outside the building which we caught a bus and train to Disney for a day which was really easy. I would stay here again. We had a great time."
