"After checking reviews of this place I was a bit worried but overall we did enjoy our stay. We are family of 4 and stayed 7 nights in bungalow. Accommodation was spacious and clean however very outdated. AC only in the bedroom so kids who were sleeping in living/dining area complained of a heat. This is a sport complex which is available to the public so at the weekends quite busy. But plenty of sun beds so no issue with finding a spot. Big swimming pool, however swimming cups are necessary....

"There was no at the reception desk. The property manager accused me of lying about my kids because there were 2 single beds joined but we were 3 people. My daughter had to sleep in the middle of the 2 beds . The pillows were uncomfortable . There was 1roll of toilet paper. I had to go buy my own. I had no internet service. The kitchen was somewhat clean but you could see their storage room that was messy Nd made kitchen aesthetically unappealing. The night table and desk shelf was dusty ."

"One of the very few hotels on Bagheria, this foes need so.e major work done it is not a hotel for a winter stay. The hotel is cold and uninviting. We only had hot water one morning. "

"We spent 9 days in this beautiful home in March of 2024. Everything was spotlessly clean and the whole home had been freshly painted. Communication with Antonio was easy and he even made dinner reservations for us at the restaurant down the road. We were able to do several day trips from this location close to Palermo but the best hours were spent on the terrace watching the fishing boats, paddlers, sailboats etc out on the sea. "Great stay. We arrived to a warm greeting after a much delayed train trip. Reception gave us good advice on places to visit, eat, get groceries. I left my ipad behind and they contacted me immediately so I hadn't left the station. Great service."
