"Location Location Location The best spot in Palermo! The room we stayed in was spacious yet uncomfortable with a lack of seating and the whole room lacked light for reading. The bathroom was large & functional, but lacked adequate towel bars. There was an elevator near our room, worked going up, but never came going down. WiFi was thready in our room. This hotel could be improved particularly in comfort & lighting."

"We had a perfect stay. The place just opened and everything was super new. Just take care by choosing your room. The room we booked was without proper window, this was not mentioned on the hotels.com platform at the time we made our booking. The staff was very supportive and as other rooms were available we could move to a super nice room with a balcony. We needed to pay for the upgrade, but the amount was super fair. We definitely would come back and fully recommend the hotel."

Pour pouvoir utiliser le spa et puscine il fallait encire payer 90€/ pers pour 1h30. Sans conter que la restauration etait fermée. Mise a part ça, l'ensemble du personnel etait vraiment sympas et à l'ecoute malgré le problème de langue. "

"Do not book. This hotel does not align with the photos - it is very cheap materials and construction. My husband was locked in the bathroom for almost an hour, the elevator broke, and the front door to our room wouldn’t close. We stayed only one night of the 5 we booked and they told us that these issues with the space were our fault and refuse to refund our cancelled nights. Just don’t even book it"

"We spent 9 days in this beautiful home in March of 2024. Everything was spotlessly clean and the whole home had been freshly painted. Communication with Antonio was easy and he even made dinner reservations for us at the restaurant down the road. "There was no at the reception desk. The property manager accused me of lying about my kids because there were 2 single beds joined but we were 3 people. My daughter had to sleep in the middle of the 2 beds . The pillows were uncomfortable . There was 1roll of toilet paper. I had to go buy my own. I had no internet service.
