The only problem we had was related to the general condition of the property. While the room itself was clean, there was a terrible smell coming from the shower stall (which was masked initially by a huge amount of air freshener spray). At the time my friend and I wanted the “nicest” cheap place, which this is. But honestly would’ve chose somewhere else to stay, especially in Florence. Sharing the bathroom we weren’t expecting but finding the place near the train station was easy and using the door codes. Clean room. "
