"This was a wonderful place to stay on our first visit ever to Salzburg. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The little artificial artful stream running down in front of the entrance was fun. It's in a limited traffic area, so the taxi guy had a remote that lowered the barrier so he could drive us right to the door. There are some great restaurants at very reasonable prices in easy walking distance, and shops too, though very touristy shops and expensive, but we didn't come to buy souvenirs. I can highly recommend this place, and look forward to staying there again someday. "

"We had a nice stay at the Imlauer & Brau. Food was great at both breakfast & dinner. The hotel staff were so wonderful & went out of their way to help us. The beds were super comfy. My only complaint was there was no lotion, the shampoo was a combo shampoo/body wash & the shower had only a tiny glass partition so the floor was covered in water after every shower. We took advantage of an eco-conservation program to skip a day of housekeeping in return for a 5€ voucher to use toward snacks or the restaurant. Brilliant! "

"Close to main station. Easy to drop bags and go from station. Staff very friendly. Room clean and comfortable. Does get warm though as no AC on in the cooler months and temp was high for end of October. Pool nice but small. Plenty of towels available. Would definitely stay again. "
