"Als die Rezeption überraschenderweise gegen 17 h am Ankunftstag nicht besetzt war, wurde die Schlüsselübergabe per Telefon problemlos durchgeführt. Am nächsten Morgen allerdings waren Gastraum und Rezeption um 07:30 immer noch geschlossen. Auf Rückfrage wurde auch von anderen Gästen mitgeteilt, dass der Mitarbeiter verschlafen hat und dies auch schon häufiger vorgekommen ist. Wir sind daher ohne Frühstück abgereist. Da wir sowas noch nicht erlebt habe, kann ich nur das enttäuschende Rating...

"Loved this place. The rooms were great - we had adjoining. The breakfast was AMAZING! The best I’ve ever had. The beautiful restaurant it is served in, the choices, good coffee, cheeses, eggs, salads meat, fish, juices……. I loved it. Good location to walk to Christmas markets. Parking onsite. Sauna available. A bar. I would recommend. "

Pleasant experience

"Pleasant hotel with normal-sized room. Comfortable bed, modern, clean bathroom, and everything was clean and well-maintained. Despite being on the street side, our room was extremely quiet. The staff was friendly and efficient. We were visiting family so we didn’t spend much time there and didn’t have any meals there, but it was all quite pleasant! "

"Check-in and out efficient. Situated very close to station. Railway was right outside my window and I could hear the train during the night, but it was no louder than my iPhone buzzing. Breakfast was excellent. Only minus was the room service knocking at 9 am to confirm I was checking out. Made me feel rushed. "

"We were a large group of friends divided in three different rooms and we had the best time at Numa Fore! Very clean, great bed, very cute apartments. Transport is also great, 9 mins walk to train that dropped us straght in the city center in 20 mins! In the weekend the parking spots outside the hotel are free of charge, BONUS!!!"
