"My husband and I came out to Marlette to celebrate our Grandson's 2nd birthday. We were thrilled to find this beautiful property so close to our daughter and son in laws home! The location is close to the main road but once you pull down the road it is very quiet and secluded. The house was very clean, nicely decorated...my favorite spot was watching the deer from the sunroom. Our only regret was our trip was very quick, hopefully next time we can stay longer. "Everything was as described or better. The condition of the property was excellent even after a full summer season. The interior was well appointed and spotless. The location was great for tours up and down the Thumb coast. The fall colors were excellent, if not peak close to it. Enjoyed just sitting on the beach and patio watching sunrises and moon rises over the lake. Would definitely do this property again."

"I have fallen in love with Millie's place! We came here a year ago with our Beagle Lab mix who was battling cancer. It's very healing here. I came back this past weekend to work on my mystery novel, based in Hope's Bay (my fictional town that I based Lexington on. Got so much work done in the heated covered porch. Even with cold and rain, it was so nice and cozy in there! Magical!"
